We're a community of advocates, educators, and industry professionals who believe that a more inclusive trades workforce is a stronger one. Our work centers on equipping young women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to pursue — and thrive in — careers in the residential building trades.

From hands-on learning experiences to mentorship and community connections, we meet young women where they are and help them see what's possible. Because when women build, communities grow stronger.
